Upon searching for a free booking tool to adopt with my clients, I found Picktime. Upon further inspection, I found that the available features perfectly fit my clients’ needs. And upon further testing, I decided to go with another tool because of one main drawback, NOT user-friendly.
When booking an appointment as a client, the date picker was not very clear because of two main challenges in the calendar design.
A counterintuitive user journey may discourage potential clients, and as such I redesigned some mockups that transform the platform to a more modern and simpler solution.
I believe that a user-friendly experience ensures that Picktime stays competitive in the market of online scheduling.
